I'm serious guys, there is a shock ahead. . . .

The reason I'm subjecting you to this sight, is because I wanted to show you all some new products that I've been using, and what better way than to show some before and after shots?
First up is Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer in Bisque.
(Sorry the pictures aren't great. I was using my phone because my camera battery died on me.)
I have heard so many rave reviews for this stuff, that I finally gave into the hype and bought it. I usually wear a mineral foundation, especially when it's hot outside because I don't like the feeling of a heavy foundation. This stuff feels great on, and it isn't heavy at all. It doesn't provide the best coverage, but it's great if you want to let your freckles peek through. It's also got an SPF of 30, so it's perfect for wearing if you're going to be outside in the sun. It's also a little pricey (at least for me - luckily I had a gift card) at $42.
I give it a 4 out of 5.
The other new product that I picked up is the Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder.
This is a one-shade-suits-all type product, and even though it looks white in the jar, it goes on without any color. It feels amazing on my skin. It has silica in it, and it leaves my face feeling velvety soft. It also seems to set my makeup really well, and provides a sort of luminous look. This product is also a little on the pricey side at $30, but a tiny amount goes a long way.
I give this a 4.5 out of 5.
