Outfit of the Lunch and Shopping

Yesterday I went out to lunch and did a little shopping with my baby sister. I managed to only buy two items from Sephora, and nothing else. I was pretty proud of myself. We had a blast! Here's what I wore:

Outfit Details:
Blue Maxi Dress: Avenue
Safari Jacket: Fashion Bug
Sandals: Avenue
Sunglasses (on my head): Rayban Wayfarers via eBay
Earrings & Necklace: Forever 21
Orange Purse (that you can't really see): Strada via Marshalls

And here are a few pics of my sister, Kelsey:
Isn't she gorgeous?! And with no makeup on either. *sigh* No fair.
This is Kelsey showing me how she could fly in this shirt-with-wings.
And this is her Victoria's Secret pose.

Jimmy's mom had emergency gallbladder surgery on Wednesday night, so he and I went out to visit her in the hospital yesterday evening. The hospital she is at is downtown (the same one I have been doing clinicals at for almost a year), so we used being downtown as an excuse to get some dinner out after we left the hospital.

Yum! I think I'm going to go heat up the leftovers for lunch now!

We are having a cookout on Sunday, so I might not have another outfit post until then, but I will try to get some hints posted for the giveaway in the meantime. Remember 50 followers is the magic number! : ) I also have some new ideas for the outfit postings, so stay tuned!

Do you have any fun plans for the holiday weekend?

  3. Eve - I will totally rent her out to you! Although shipping might be a deal breaker. : )

Kimberly- I can't wait to see your outfit! It's so funny because often you'll post something and I'll think, "Hey, I have a top/skirt/scarf just like that!"
